Just as the local communities support us, we support them.  We have the great fortune to partner with local farms, fishmongers, and winemakers to incorporate all the very best of the region on our menus. And, whether it’s our staff gathering Thanksgiving meals for our neighbors, or our participation in charity tournaments to support local hospitals, we are committed to supporting like-minded businesses that provide valuable services to our communities. Our loyal customer base visits not only to dine, and to see the familiar faces of our team, but to be part of something greater.

At all of our properties, a portion of our bottled water sales is donated to local organizations, including Project Most - a community organization offering comprehensive enrichment programs for academic and creative growth, and CAST (Community Action Southold Town), where Chef Philippe hosts cooking demonstrations as part of the North Fork Culinary Program. 

Chef Philippe also sponsors internships at Lulu Kitchen and Bar for CAST students passionate about cooking.
